氮吹仪是如何工作的

氮吹仪的工作原理,是将氮气快速、连续、可控地吹到加热样品表面,实现大量样品的快速浓缩。它由底盘、中心杆、样品定位架、配气系统等构成。试管由定位架弹簧和托盘固定,样品位有数字标识。气体通过可调流量计到达配气系统,再经弹性软管到各样品位针阀管,针阀管可根据试管尺寸和溶剂量分别上下调整,最后气体由针头吹向溶液表面,致使溶剂快速蒸发。
  其优势在于:1.一次可处理多个样品,在多因素、多水平的重复实验中优势更为明显。2.实验操作简洁、灵活。可以不受约束地随时调节浓缩的进程。3.实验中不需要操作者长时间的维护,节省人力。4.旋转蒸发仪在溶剂沸腾时可能会造成样品的损失,而氮吹仪在浓缩时准确、灵敏可避免样品损失。

  加快蒸发有两个方法:加强它周围的空气流动和它的温度。氮气还是一种不活泼的气体,也能起到隔绝氧气的作用,防止氧化。氮吹仪就是通过这些原理达到了浓缩的目的。它将氮气快速、连续、可控地吹到加热样品表面,实现大量样品的快速浓缩。

Nitrogen is also a kind of inert gas, can also play the role of isolating oxygen, preventing oxidation. The nitride device is used to achieve the purpose of concentration. It blows nitrogen quickly, continuously and controllably to the surface of the heated sample, and the rapid enrichment of a large sample is achieved.
